I can’t log in. What should I do?
Maybe your login/password is incorrect. Check the login details you enter thoroughly. If you still can’t log in, please use our password request service.
I just got banned. Why? What can I do now?
You can get banned because of the following reasons: you haven’t completed the verification which can be regarded as fraud your behavior violates our Terms & Conditions. In case you get banned, please contact our Support team to find out the reason and discuss all the details.
Will these charges show up on my credit card?
Your statements will contain our company legal name, not the website name.

Please check if there is enough money on your card. You can also contact our Support team to solve all the issues or to make a payment via the phone.
What is PPM (pay per minute) and how does it work?
PPM (pay per minute) is the type of chat you can take part in. Your partner will be paying for every minute of the chat spent with you.
How do I add funds to my account (if relevant)?
If you want to add funds to your account you should simply buy more credits. In order to get more credits you need to click the “Buy Credits” button and make a payment after which the funds will be added to your account.
Where can I access/see my billing history?
If you want to see your billing history, you should follow the special link. You can find it in the User Menu, particularly it is the panel dropping down on the right side.
What is the most I can spend a day?

What is the difference between private/group/free chat?
Free chat is available for all registered users absolutely for free. All the model does in a free chat is texting. Private chat has its prices. The model performs live show according to the desires of her partner. Group chat is similar to the private chat, but in group chat model performs her show for several partners at once. This type of chat is the cheapest one.
Tell me about tips. How do they work and when can I send them?
You can send tips whenever you want by entering the necessary amount above the show stream (into the special field, selecting the sum or inputting it on your own). You can send tips from the model’s page during the chat or after it.
How can I message a performer?
You can send messages to the model via special text chat block situated on the right of the stream window.
How can I create a favorites list and add a model to it?
There is a special link on the profile page of the model. Just click this link and this model will be added to your favorites list.
Are there any things I cannot do or say to a model?
Yes, of course. You are not allowed to use words that are of immoral, dangerous, harmful character.
How do I register a complaint about a model?
You can register a compliant about a model on the Contact Us page by filling out our contact form and specifying the problem.

Please, check your email settings in the main settings section of your account.

Make sure your Flash player is updated to the latest version. If it still doesn’t work try to re-install it. You can also contact our Support team regarding this issue.
